Recently learned that one is now able to download from Netflix late to the game I know. I thought that would be great for airplane rides on business trips. I've tried several times and I am not able to download anything to my Surface from Netflix.

Is there a solution to my query or should I go into the Microsoft store? Small problem is I pass an Apple store on my way there. Haven't heard of any issues from my iPad owning associates.
